Yesterday I filmed interviews with clergy members and a rep from the NAACP in Riverhead, Long Island for the SEIU as the prepare to present a case to Senate for passing the Fair Share bill (taxing the wealthy) on April 1st.
Trish Dalton is a Canadian transplant independent documentary filmmaker and producer. Her films, 34x25x36 (directed by Jesse Epstein and selected by many festivals), FARM SANCTUARY (made with MJ Watkins and winner of the 2007 Media that Matters ‘Good Food’ award), TIFFANY’S STORY (made with GEMS and screened at the 2005 Tribeca Film Festival), and BORDERING ON TREASON (an OHMS Media Production) share stories of people and their experiences with body image, animal rights, sexual exploitation, and war. In addition to making documentaries, Dalton has produced for such companies as: National Geographic Television, Amazon, Kashi, Danskin, About.com, Beiersdorf, and IDEO. Trish has been making films since she studied documentary film at New York University in 2000.
